The plant was specially designed to produce asphalt emulsion and modified asphalt emulsion. This series of equipment can realize continuous production of asphalt emulsions with whole process been controlled automatically control, semi-automatically or manually. Good technology leads to good emulsifying quality and precise proportioning. It can be widely applied to road construction and factory production with features of long serving life, compact structure and easy moving.


GLR-6A

Frequency converter is applied to control the speed of asphalt pump and emulsion pump .it is accurate with wide adjustment range, high efficiency and also energy saving effect.

GLR6B

Advanced stator-and-rotor structure applied with high speed shearing and grinding functions combined together, which is suitable for the production of various kinds of emulsified asphalt. The gap between stator and rotor can be adjusted. The min. size of particles after once shearing can reach to 0.1μm.

 

GLR10

It is designed with advanced technology. The milling fineness is good and even. The performance of emulsified asphalt is reliable with high quality.
